Gamertag Limbo?

is there anyway to know when a gamertag comes out of its 8 year limbo loop thing?

It's actually 7years of inactivity.
But there are no dates of when tags
will be reset.

Ok you guys are taking what i'm saying but not understanding it, if you have any questions on the gamertag reset i can fill you in with all the answers. Once a gamertag gets reset, it IS NOT recycled from the system, it floats around in limbo for anywhere from 1 year to any amount of years before it gets recycled back into the system for use.
