Sadly they're no longer available bub, they come from a promotion in 2011. BUT, you can probably get them using a Gamer Picture editor in Modio or Horizon.
 
Safest mod tool would have to be GPI 2011, I have used that since I've started xbox.

Thanks, man. This isn't for me, it's for a friend who likes them. I'll be sticking with the Venom one I have on for a while.
