Knowing when to keep your mouth shut is one of the best characteristics anyone can have. Anyway, you clearly did state that the question would be "retarded," perhaps you could have used more appropriate terminology, however, you made them aware that the question wasn't logical. I guess there really are stupid questions.

The thing is, if I really was a @scammer ,why would I have asked the question in the first place?
It was purely an educational question.
 
Philly took it to seriously, I usually troll him and ask him how much staff costs and if he would trade staff for a AID's infested hooker. And I never get any threads lol
 
If you weren't thinking of, or planning on doing something rational, why weigh the risk in the first place? To me, it's like opportunity cost.

Asking if you can buy staff is a lot different to asking if you can chargeback.
If you can't tell the difference you should put your head in an oven.

Well I did warn him that it was a "retarded" question.
I never asked to chargeback, it was more of an opinionated question, like a "can I" question, but in a joking sense.

Why would I ask a serious chargeback question? lol
