I understand that VB.Net is not a good language for developing games, but I just wants to know, are there any existent game development engines for VB.Net?

As far as I know, you can't make a game engine in VB. However, you can make some nifty 2d games like frogger, break out, mario, pacman, etc. For a final project I made a breakout game, with powerups and everything.

I doubt you could make something much more complicated.

Don't know an engine, I once made this game all myself:

But then I realised how bad vb.NET is to make games in. And then I descovered GameMaker ^^ Where I made a 3d shooter in .
But never really finished it xd

I hear that XNA is being released for VB.net. Can't wait to see the results though I have little interest in the language.
