Galaxy S III or Galaxy S IV?

Already want to change my phone, I'm sick of this Blackberry 9300. Should I change right now to the Galaxy S III, or should I wait for it to come out in ~April 15th? Although it would be here in Colombia in like June, and that would make my waiting longer.

Galaxy Note 2 or wait for the S4. No reason to upgrade when the next version releases in a couple of months.
