Are you guys forgetting that he is just a figurehead and congress controls what the country does. May I also add that the congress is mostly made up of Republicans so, if anything the Republicans are ruining this country.

Like I had said before Obama can't do much with the congress being made up of Republicans. Do you not remember who started the down fall of the economy? Oh yeah, it was Bush may I also add he was a Republican. A Democratic president in office with a Republican congress is just a figurehead.

Bush didn't mess shit up, people did by buying things they couldn't afford, taking student loans they couldn't pay for, and mortgages for houses they couldn't afford. Shit just happened to go down in his term.
