I find paypal to be rather stupid tbh. Gotta be carefull with who you sell too, and im not a douche bag. I've NEVER chargebacked somebody. I don't do to others what I wouldn't want done to myself (this is of course excluding hacking runescape accounts in any form or matter XD)

Pretty sure chances of winning a claim like that are slim to none in most situations, unless you have extremely solid proof, which for runescape theres not really such a thing as 100% solid proof.
