So I met this new kid at our school, let's just say his name is Bob. I invite Bob to come over and hang out and he finds out that I smoke marijuana every now and then. He's been smoking for 3 years now but he has one thing I do not have. His mother is complete FUCKING APE SHIT. His dumbass decides to go home high, his mom finds out. She buys a drug test, and oh, look at what happens. He's positive for marijuana. Bob realizes he is fucked. He snitches everyone out. All my friends. Every last one of them. He tells his mom everything. His mom is fucked up. She is so mad she is going to the cops and turning her own son it. Since her son is a snitch, I'm fucked to hell.


He also involved a teacher at our school.

Probably gonna get expelled.

Update: His mom is going to involve the cops. She believes that I sell pot and that my dad is a weed smoker too. (which is not true, he just believes weed should be legalized.) My mothers boyfriend (he is a attorney) says expulsion is most likely.

Nothing is going to happen. Just smoke what you have and leave it at that for a bit. They can't find anything if you don't have it, that is, if they're even able to consider that a just cause to search you. Your school can't do shit, they have nothing against you. Cops can't do shit. Gold.
 
LOL. I found out the teachers at my school don't care if you smoke. As long as you don't go to school high... (>,> heh) you should be fine.

I'm hoping. I won't pass a drug test but the fact that my friend is lying, to his mother. Telling her that I deal and I forced him to smoke.

Agreed, I believe a person can do whatever they want as long as they don't hurt other people. I did it at my house and both of my parents think marijuana is a healing drug. It is illegal in the state of Texas though.

My nigga Jordan just got expelled for smoking. But he's stupid. He brings weed to school, and has gotten caught with it before.

You should be fine, just deny everything.

I am, I never brought it to school, but one of the people involved, his mom works for the school and she is legally obligated to tell the school.

It is illegal though, I test positive for marijuana. Bam. They will kick me out in a jiffy.
I fixing to go up to the school in about 2 hours.

Agreed, I believe a person can do whatever they want as long as they don't hurt other people. I did it at my house and both of my parents think marijuana is a healing drug. It is illegal in the state of Texas though.

They can't test you.  Even if you were tested, they can't do shit about a positive test, unless you're on probation or some shit.  It's against the law for them to do so.

So I test positive with the cops involved I shouldn't have to worry? He also told his mom that we buy it too.

They can only arrest you if they have a warrant for the search. They'll probably just slap you on the wrist.
