ForumKorner is one of the few high quality forums that actually kind of cares about scammers and ban evaders. I really doubt that if this member was upgraded on that site and contributed a lot; the staff on that site wouldn't care unless he was truly on a scam spree. This is what separates ForumKorner from every other website.
