So I tried to unlock my freaking account. But guess what? I can't unlock even tho I entered the freaking correct answer aswell. This is what they said. "The information you gave us was not detailed enough for us to confirm that you’re the owner of this account." Well guess what, I DID GIVE YOU THE CORRECT ANSWER. Gosh I hate JagEx. I payed member for it and I just wasted my money on that shit. I even entered my membership detail, recovery questions, internet provider, when I created the account, my previous password and everything. I did type in correctly.
