Frustrating

I got a random message today in my email for a random account, it notified me of loyalty points. Well, I've got these messages before, every time the points update. But the name it gives isn't the login name, and when I add the name in-game it doesn't give me a different name. This account obviously has my email registered, so if I could figure out the login name, I could recover it and see what it has.

Any ideas on how to get the original name?

Have you tried adding it to your friends list and then hovering over the name?

I said in thread I tried adding in-game . Lol it's so mean though, like if I just figure out the name then I can get on the account.
