I would go for herb, overloads will help a lot making money, and piety isn't that much worse than turmoil. Just my opinion though.

People say it actually helps when canonning, not sure though, and even if it helps, I doubt it makes that much of a difference, so no I don't use, I spare the spot for an extra bone.

Depends on your stats, usually from 1 i here about 2-3 weeks suicide botting (24/7ing).
