Fresh homemade juices: TOMATO, CELERY and PARSLEY

This tasty juice is very low in calories, so it's excellent choice dieters.

Serves: 2
Preparation: 4-5 minutes

What you need:
6 tomatoes
3 celery sticks
large handful parsley
1 lemon, juice and rind
ice cubes to serve

Preparation:
1. Quarter the tomatoes
2. Feed the celery, tomato, and parsley into the juicer in alternate batches, together with the lemon juice and rind.
3. Pour the juice into glasses and add a few ice cubes

* This will help you to keep your body in shape without being in a strict diet. C'mon and try it! :)
