Fresh homemade juices: MELON, BLACKBERRY AND KIWI FRUIT

This vitamin-packed breakfast juice helps to regulate blood-pressure.

Serves: 2
Prep: 5 mins

What you need:
1/2 Cantaloupe melon
4 kiwi fruit
200g (7 oz) fresh or frozen blackberries
6 ice cubes

How to do it:
1. Scoop the seeds out of the melon and discard them, then scoop out the flesh. Quarter the kiwi fruit.
2. Reserve a few of the blackberries for decoration, if you like, and juice the rest with the kiwifruit and the melon fresh.
3. Put the juices in a fruit processor and whizz briefly with the ice cubes.
4. Pour into glasses and serve decorated with a few blackberries, if using them.

** Using frozen fruits.
Make sure that all frozen fruit is thoroughly defrosted and drain off any excess liquid before use.
