It's slow to 99 and at 92 you start making freakishly nice cash.
 
Get 58 mage and 61 wc or some shit liike that

then go pick white berries
 
Fishing.. Get 85 or 90 for rocktail, Then fish them with a bot.

There's not a bot for that to my knowledge.
 
This should be in botting discussion i believe.
