I think only Joey should be banned, there is no rule against turbo'ing an already turbo'ed tag.

Joey is a member of the forum, the rule states no turbo'ing off other members.

Both were in the wrong.

Not to mention all the spamming Goop did a few days after.

There is no proof he didn't turbo the tag straight away. Sorry but the ban is solid, and he will not be getting unbanned regardless of what sig you have. Ever since he has been banned I have heard nothing about peoples tags getting turboed anymore.
