SENDING MONEY FROM A LIMITED PAYPAL
STEP 1:
Go to PayPal and create a new account. You need to make sure it has the exact last name of the Limited account, but a different first name. Example:Limited Account's name: Michael Smith
The new account's name: John Smith
It MUST be a different first name, and the same last name!

Once you've created the student account, you must ring PayPal. You must be sure that you have all the information on the account on a paper, or something around you as it is guaranteed they will ask for it. If you were limited for a verification problem then you need to tell the operator that your child was limited because of that and they didm't ring up because they were under age. Be sure to apologise immensely and state that it won't ever happen again!STEP 3:
Now you have your account for your "child", and would like the funds transferred from the limited to the student, they should transfer the money over to the student account.STEP 3:
If the limited account was limited for a reason other than an identification problem remember to do the same steps, but when you ring them state you were limited because you stayed signed in on your families computer and your child went on the play games and went on it. State it will never happen again. If they ask for your age, say you're 16 and if they don't ask for your age then simply tell them you're 16. STEP 4:
They should ask for the details of the limited account and then send money to your student account. If the operator is being a bitch and not allowing it, hang up and try again with a different operator!
