Does anyone know a way to get a free name change on Xbox?
Also if anyone has any extra MSP that you dont need, ill take them off your hands cause I really need a name change.. :/

Don't be cheap and buy some MSP. It isn't crazy expensive, and all methods dont work.

Unless you have a vulgar gamertag or part of your first or last name in the gamertag, I believe all the old ways are patched now.
