Need a level 3 off tut island?
Just post here with how many accounts you need, ( Don't be ridiculous ) and I'll pm you the account details, the emails used are not real emails btw.

I didn't think this would be in the marketplace because it doesn't have to do with money or trading.

if your giving away lvl 3s i'd make a contest out of it. Something small. But i believe this goes in the runescape section. Not entirely sure.
