If you aren't getting the text you may need to wait a few minutes and try again, I got mine rather quickly.

I'm using my iPhone 6+.

@maximum I waited twenty minutes, and then got them to resend the confirmation, and I have been waiting roughly an hour.

As stated in the message, if you are not in the US you may have to use a Proxy or VPN.

That's weird, try clearing cache & cookies and then use the VPN, just to see if that works.
