Use all of your real contact information, when it asks for your store say Target.
For the store number use one in your city from here: http://www.target.com/store-locator/
I used 7565.
They will send an email to the one you provided. Click the link to confirm.
Go back to the site, log in, and towards the top you will see contests click on that.
Scroll down to Ghosts giveaway and click it
If you look at requirements, it says you must be verified and take the course. For Target, you don't have to be verified, so click take course.
Take the testand get all the answers right and then submit the test and wait for the page to reload.
In the top right hand corner, it says your name and Associate, click associate.
When the next screen loads, click history.
When that loads, on the left click promo codes.
Then there they are, a 360 code and an Xbox One code.
I take no credit for this method, as I got it from somewhere else. But I've tried this out and it works!
