Found 2 bugs. [1 theme bug] [1 forum bug]

[Isolate.]

So after coming to check out the forums before I registered, I noticed the one group "Snipers" is availible for guest to view and browse the forum.

I read 1 topic just to see and it let me, I also noticed it was a private group and immediately knew that I should notify a member of staff Aka an admin.

Also members are not able to register on the forum, as the big create account button is not functioning properly, I noticed this after I thought I should sign up and let staff know.

Bug 1.
The Snipers Group (Guest can view sub-forum and topics within the forum.)

Bug 2.
Create account button.
