WELCOME
I present to you, the weekly Forum Korner Graphic Designing Competition. This will be a weekly competition held by myself for members to create their very own, unique, work of art to be showcased on the ForumKorner Weekly News.

PROCEDURE
Every week (more than likely on a Friday) this contest will be held. Contestants will have until Sunday night at 6:00 P.M MST to complete any work that they want to be showcased on the ForumKorner News. Once the contest has been closed, I will be picking the best piece of work out of the bunch to be showcased on Tuesday.

RULES
All Forum Korner Rules must be followed
All submissions are to be posted before 6:00 P.M MST
Don't disrespect/degrade other members' work
Have fun

THEME
For this week's competition, you will be creating a userbar for the ForumKorner News Team. Feel free to use any of the userbar templates located here. The winner's userbar will be showcased in the next edition of the ForumKorner News. When the News Team becomes official, and if the userbar is fit, it can potentially become the official user bar for the News Team. Be as creative as you can possibly be and have fun. Good luck.

As of right now, no, there is not a specific theme. You may create whatever you may think of.

I will be doing a specific theme in competitions for the ForumKorner News. This week, I want a lot of participants, so there's no theme.

For future contests:

Instead of setting a required piece (userbar, signature, etc.), you should only have a theme and allow designers to create whatever they'd like (wallpaper, signature, drawing, etc.).

I will take part if there is a theme, don't see the point if no theme since if it is being judged there is not much point without a theme.
