Guys I've looked around the forum and seen the most biggest problem, you have WAY to much staff.

Take a look and see why.

We have five staff members. One of whom is inactive. We have to manage 400 users and their posts. That's not the problem. Babur thanks for the suggestion.

Ditto on that, I dont see how having 5 staff members is a problem.
Im very thank full for having Factor and other members on my forum as without them alot of attacks wouldnt have been prevented.

Alot of our staff members are part time, including me. I cant be on 3 months of the year and I call on other staff members to help me out while im gone. For example in the week beginning 18th September, ill be busy for around a week and a half so will require Factor and Deadly to cover for me, aswell as our moderators.

Thanks for letting us know of your opinion though, we are always happy to know what someone thinks, so we know if we are doing something right or wrong. The staff member situation will be looked at soon due to things already pointed out.
