Forum Software?

What forum software do you think is the best? Personally I believe that SMF is the most efficient.

- SMF
- vBulletin
- MyBB
- PhpBB
- XenForo
- IPB
- Other (State What)
 
I personally like vBulletin the most

Pros ;
  • Its easy to use
  • Its one of the most known forum softwares
  • Theres a lot of possibilities with it

Cons ;
  • Its expensive

Other than vBulletin I guess I like MyBB or phpBB
 
vBulletin, it's easy to use, most people use it so there is a lot of tutorials on how to use it, only downside is that it is expensive and the config.php part is a bit confusing.

IP.Board is also good, but it's kinda confusing on how to do it, but the designs for it look nice.

For free boards, MyBB is the best, because XeroStorm uses it :3
 
MyBB considering it is the only forum software I am actually using and all of the forums I use have it.
 
I like vBulletin. 150$ is nothing if you can get a permanently active forum. Mybb is great especially for free. So there are pros and cons for every software.

vBulletin is popular for paid ones. It's easy to set up and use, and can be customized in a lot of different ways. MyBB is my favorite free forum. It has a lot of features, and looks good. Just look at this forum, and Hackforums.
 
MyBB, its very easy to use and AWESOME and the best pro - its FREE
 
Honestly, I think that the cheaper it is and as long as it works, IT'S ALL GOOD. XD
Just attach the website to a .tk... Sounds scrappy but.. hey, It's free!
 
ive only worked with mybb
but its really easy to use and looks nice with heaps of mods
