So I was thinking under the Webmaster tab there should be a forum Resources section, why? I have a few reasons.
1. MyBB released 1.8 so this is a good chance to share a load of resources and it will attract more members/webmasters to the forums.
2. Everyone is always looking to get plugins but can't seem to find them anywhere (MyBB, I.P Board, vBulletin and XenForo).
I could go on but I believe this is a good idea and really should be thought about.

Since I'm guessing you won't want to get FK in trouble (@"Philly") I'd say to disallow sharing nulled scripts.
Resources such as Themes and Plugins shouldn't be an issue though.
