I am looking for people with these sets of skills:
1) Knowledge with MyBB
2) Knows how to drive traffic towards a site
3) Can invest into the site, just like I will be doing
4) Knows how to work security/keeping the forum safe
5) Fix bugs

I can/know how to do all of this except part 4. Security is not my strength. Looking for 1 to 2 people that are going to be serious about this.
