Forgotten Live IDs

So I have multiple accounts I made in the past and I neglected to write down the info for them because im an idiot.

Does anyone know any methods on how to retrieve the name of your Live ID?
Is calling microsoft worth a shot or will they shut me down?

Also what is the fastest way to make multiple gamertags? Is there a website you can make emails faster than yahoo? Random question, i know. Thanks.

Did you use your real info for the gamertags? If so call MS and open a UA. Then if you provided info correct info, they will give it to you

If you know the personal info on the account, you could call them and ask for the WLID.

They will work to try and help you get your id's back but you need to have some info on it but GL yo
