Lol you're dumb they reset most tags that were 7+ characters a few years back.. some shorter tags but mostly longer ones.
 
The tags Moon, Pulse and Scary were recently reset, So that information is invalid. They reset GT's all the time. Scary was reset a couple of weeks ago, So.

There are still resets dumbdumb that employee is just stupid. Tags get reset everyday but the thing is not all V1s are OG so people do not pay attention to them.

Can vouch for this statement. I remember talking to an employee once and asking if he knew what a JTAG was.. He said he never heard of them.

A stupid employee told me I had a modded xbox because I changed my gamertag and was able to recreate it on a different account on a silver. She said I should be banned then I told her I made it on xbox.com and the stupid bitch was speechless.

This isn't something that every employee knows about. One employee I talked to didn't even know what tenure was, and when I explained it to her she still couldn't figure it out. They're nice people, but they have to do their job whether they know how to do it or not.
 
This is a little biased, this could be the newest employee ever, they're never allowed to release this sort of information, his either making it up or something, there is such thing as a reset.

What happened with the "spic", was that a coincidence?
 
True a little biased but every girl employee ive talked to gets confused i asked to strip gold and she transfered me to like the support section for you xbox if it has like problems such as with the hardrive.... I was like wtfffffff

That guy is a tool no offense and is misinformed. I've talked to many employees and i ended up talking to one that spilled all the info. She said when they get reset, no it's not year round but i'm not saying what time of the year it is, and people that work for MS are informed of when the tags are reset, but not informed of what the tags are because the list would be too large. The guy is right though on one thing, v1 tags are not linked with a email address as you were not required to have one on the original xbox.
