People tend to be studying a foreign language because they want to converse with other people around the world though most of their reasons are rooted for work, some enjoy learning another language out of interest. Perhaps, you are also learning one, right now.

So, do you want to be fluent in a foreign language? Why?
 
Honestly, English is a foreign language for me because it is not my mother tongue. I want to be more fluent in English to get a decent job at a reputable call center. I also want to learn the Japanese language because I am so fond with the Japanese culture and traditions. And I am a huge fan of Anime.
 
yah english is foreign language for us too,even people are giving ielts for english too,for further process,are you really earning 127 dollars daily mate dark.
 
I think its all because we go to stay sometime in foreign countries and that time we need foreign language as well to make conversation there. But i think english is the international language and is used all over the world so being fluent in only english and our mother tongue will be enough for us.
 
I like to know many languages because it helps you in life.
Personaly i learned English,Italian,Russian,Hungarian and Czech, now if i wanna visit another country i will know how to speak the language and i would be much easy for me to buy something or talk to somebody.
 
yes i want to be fluent in other foreign language so i can communicate also them and understand.once in for all we need also to learn not only our language bec it can helps us in some ways.

yeah i also want to learn a foreign languages because i just know few languages but these are not foreign languages these are my local languages and i want to learn english more because english is a multi-national language
