If you have a stuck file inside your Trash folder, and using Secure Empty Trash takes too long or doesn't work, then use this.
This is NON-recoverable. Ever. Please use this command wisely.
Open Terminal
Type this and press Enter:
This will DELETE your trash folder, BUT DON'T WORRY. Option + click on the finder icon and select Relaunch. Your trash folder will be restored, but the file(s) is/are gone!
