His Paypal was limited due to eBay complications. I'm out $350 as well. Not sure what's taking so long to get it fixed, but it was not him charging back. He's legit and I've done deals with him in the past all PayPal and he never charged backed so hopefully he gets it resolved soon.
When I had another Paypal I used to get limited and I'd do what they told me and I'd still be limited. It'd take several phone calls for me. I guess you have better luck.
What you can for now is reply to our disputes and say you authorized the transactions. Also if the person on the phone is a dumb ass or can't help you ask for a manager/supervisor or higher up.
