All the rumors are bullshit, I have just had it proven.
I was tired of hearing everyone bitching and saying you are going to get arrested. So I got on support chat and acted like an actual customer. I had her look at all my details and even she said you don't get charged until 14 days is up.

Direct quote from the agent, "Yes, since it is already on its way. You can either choose one of the consoles and send the other one back with in 14 days so that you wont be charged." and another "Rest assured there will be no problems as long as you have returned immediately the other console with in the said time."

So this is just to ease everyone's mind and stop the senseless rumors. Hope this helps some of you out.
 
So there is no way I can get billed/arrested for this? AT ALL?
 
People are concerned about after the 14 days. Obviously MS isnt doing anything before 14 days.

I can't promise anything after those 14 days. But I highly doubt you will get arrested for their problems. We should get a fucking reward for discovering it.

I never said that, I just know that no one has yet.

I personally just don't give a fuck and if it comes down to it all they can really do is send you a bill and you send the console back. Case closed.
 
Well obviously they can't do anything for the 14 days. This is what I was curious about, how have people received a bill already? :/
 
To be honest, I'm not all that worried of the consequences. Even if I were to be billed, I'm sure they'd allow for me to send back the console.
 
They billed for a Xbox 360 what makes you think they won't for a Xbox one doubled the price lol just use a drop people tired of seeing all this Xbox one threads move on already.

Never said they wouldn't. Just said they haven't yet. Even if they do bill just send the console back, that is if you sent it to your address.
