Haha! But can you have any license plate on the back, but on the front it has to be the real one? I dont have my license or have had any classes yet! :3
 
In some states they don't have license plates on the back but Virginia does.

All 50 states require a rear registration tag. Some states are more lenient than others on front registration tags.

You may be mistaking. Florida, too, requires rear registration tags. I have done a research paper on the topic (I know, lame) and I familiarized myself with our states' rules.

On topic with the OP, that is a neat license plate combination. It is not something I would put on my car though.
 
Here in Australia we also require both front and rear plates, Severe penalties apply otherwise. They are really strict on that.
 
Rear plates are required so that law enforcement can run your plates when they are behind you. Nice catch though. Looks like you were pretty close to him since i can see the reflection of his plate on your hood lol.
