Well spoken Agony, the scams have gotten out of hand for sure but as you said, we shouldn't let them prevent the site from progressing just because they're idiots.

This is actually a good idea, If Philly has your info and some form of contracted details including your username that way if you dont anything behind his back (gave info about him or the website or something) he could report you?

Will this reduce the chance of a mod scamming as they can be reported if something goes wrong? like they can actually be lawfully prosecuted for it?
 
philly should do what omniscent does with people who charge back on him and post there info in the sigs lel

Well, if he has your info he can pass it on to the authorities. Although I'm not sure what will come of it in overseas countries tbh, not to familiar on that. At least he'll have your dox though lol
 


I wondered what the authorities would do if someone say scammed on the forum for a twitter would they be able to do anything about that? I feel like that's a risk we take but shouldn't have to take with members that are staff/mod.

At least he could send it to the victim who was scammed, I don't know might do some good. That reminds me, why are you not trying for mod? never seen a bad word said about you and you're a frequent here.
