Food to eat while botting attack?

Title says it all, im looking for a food for my bot to eat while it kills all night.... I would like something that restores most of my health with 1, i used swordfish but dont know if theres something better out there

stats:
level:37
attack:44
strength:40
defence:1 =)
Magic:38
Range:1 =(

Im going to be training attack all night and killing varrack guards(because thats all i really know of to kill)

So please help me out
 
Rocktails for highest eating, sarabrew + restore or someting for longest time

Since you put Botting in the title that means it goes in the botting section
If you just put What food should you use to train attack then it should be here

The words your choose makes it go in the botting discussion sub section

Since your fighting low level dont wast your GP on shark

I would go with salmon or lobster

I use to use salmon all day Had like 15k of them in the bank

Buy salmon and press the + button once
The fags like to do that now a days They sell for +1 the ge price
