You need to be good at SE. The main tip is not to let them escalate it, so yeah.

IF they say, Were going to esculate this, Should i hang up?
They usally say, Can you give me two minuites to go check (they speak to tech support)

Yeah if they are going to escalate it just hang up and try again.
Remember with this method you risk getting your tag deleted forever.
