FNC over?

Hello, I was trying to FNC my friends tag "xDeadlyx" But because phone support wasnt open, I went to the ambassador and he linked me to the support chat people, Once I joined I used my method and she told me they cant FNC no more.

Proof: Marisa: No, unfortunately we are unable to do FNC. The ability was take away from us because people from naughty sites ("hacker" sites") were trying to abuse us. Additionally, if you are being harassed, changing the tag wont stop it. Only adjusting your privacy settings
George: Ok, If i Phone up will they be able to do it?
Marisa: Most likely not, but I've not done phone support in over a year so couldn't answer with 100% certainty

I'm quiet sure you can still fnc you just need to practice , know what to do , but I'm sure it will be a lot harder due to people that have been doing it before.

Shes saying they the department she works with cant do it.
FNC is still possible trust me.
