Flea and Thick remedy

Do you have any thick and flea remedy for my dogs? I tried shampoo and soaps, powder but it doesnt stop

There are specific shampoos for that :| Preferably get something that the vet recommends, they usually know what actually works.

Vet consultation here is expensive plus the medication does anybody know of a home remedy?

We use spot treatment, which is called Frontline. It's available at the pet store or vet clinic. It's a bit costly. It's like a solution which you apply on one area/spot of the dog's skin. You apply it once a month.
