Going to be honest, you haven't really done much to "prove" yourself.
You've been doing what you're meant to be doing as staff, nothing unusual nor amazing.

You are doing a great job, keep it up. I am jealous, I also want to be on the staff team sometime. But I am probably not spending enough time on RuneGear.

Calm Down I made a thread exactly like that and it got closed. So calm down it happened to me to I didn't cry about it I kept calm and carried on you should do the same
 
You can delete all my posts from this thread, I've apologized, and I plan on making a public apology to you ADW, I've explained most of it.
 
The problem with these posts are that you don't get real answers, people only talk about the things they notice and that effect them.
For all we know you've done 100s of things that we haven't acknowledge, maybe you banned a bunch spammers, perhaps you edited out a post to a link containing a virus.
Anyways I'm going to be more logical about this, your posts seem to be high-quality, you haven't seem to have pissed anyone off(that I've noticed) including myself and you seem to be colouring inside the lines of your moderation position.
Overall, a thumbsup! :thumbsup:
