So today, me and some friends got arrested. We were charged with criminal trespassing. We went in an abandoned factory and broke some shit. Im only 15 so just a misdemeanor. This fucking sucks though, parents were pissed af. Most we can get is a fine and probation, but still :/

Dang that sucks I am 14 I have did stuff like that but don't get caught .
 
I'm 15 but a few months ago I was arrested for vandalism haha . I'm into tagging hehe

Haha yea I know. I was just kinda scared because I had a little to drink the night before. Just a little. No, we didn't run we couldn't

Dude never stay run lol, I'm 15 and when I was 9 years old I out ran the cops lmao. My mom wasn't home and my brother was babysitting me and forced me to go with them when they egged this house and I got left alone lol. Scariest shit ever at that age.

Nah he's a minor so it will be expunged. Only FBI and the military higher ups can access it, if I'm right.

The way is was set up, we couldn't run. Plus they had fucking dogs! The factory was shut down, to enter you have to wear a hazmat suit...because of the chemicals. There wasn't a no trespassing sign, so I read you can use that as a defense in court.

I know, it was bullshit. It was in a ghetto-ass town too, like arrest someone else lol. Should be good though, there wasn't a no trespassing sign.

Oh damn... I would've have been freaking out lol and I think if there was no sign, you shouldn't even been charged id use that in court.
 


That's still vandalism though. Haha. You can always get away, they're not as concerned about it as you may think. We used to do stupid shit all the time when I was 13-15. We never did get caught.

My mom is good friends with the cops who got us, we have clean records, and they didn't charge us with vandalism or any felonies (I.E. Breaking and entering).
