I say between those levels just to make it a little more safe for you just in case Jagex knows how to detect Dung botters now.

It's level 85 for frost dragons, don't flame me with poop, PLEASE!?!

Also, I may go for 99 but I also want to get 96 summoning (got 86 banked) and 72 (or whatever level deflect melee is) prayer.
