Final Twitter

I want a Twitter that has either never seen the market or that has been off of the market for a while. I plan on using this for IRL purposes.

I will most likely only be dealing with:

• Users I have dealt with multiple times in the past.
• Users that are extremely trustworthy (not reputation-wise).
• Users that I am decent/good friends with.

I don't have a budget, but I can only see myself spending between $300.00-$500.00. I wish to use PayPal (because exchanging will cost me much more), but I can manage BTC.

It's not, but he wanted more than what I saw myself spending on it.

I have a few twitters, though I do not know if you ae interested in pokemon. They are first gen though.
