I don't really see the point in buying/selling tags to the point where nobody wants them.. why can't you settle or find a final gamertag and stay with it? It's not hard. I've had mine for the last 7 years.

Who here actually has a final tag and has had it for over 2 years? I bet very few of you.

No wonder the market is fucked, I mean everyone says the market is dead but it's not. There are smart people among us who've realized my first few statements and don't want to see that happen to their tags and that's why no one sells anything.

Looking to buy a final tag! Oh, wait. You're selling it 3 days later for double the price. Sums up the marketplace these days.

I had mine for 4 years but sold it a few months ago because I lost interest in all the OG shit.
 
I like main accounts more than tenures #BangBang
 
I just started getting into gamertag market. I've had mine for a year or so. It's not OG or anything but I want to try and buy a name I really want and stick with it hopefully.
 
I would like to put an original gamertag on my main but I am not paying for one.

Pretty much me right here. Although I'm still interested in grabbing a tag to finish my time on the marketplace off.
I can see what you mean, OP, but eh, fuck it. In the end it's useless, it's just for fun. I guess I'd fall into this category you've mentioned most don't. Shit, I rarely sell things within the first few months of getting them, and things I like take much longer. I've been holding onto my YouTube and gamer tag for about a year and a half, and the tag isn't even all too special. Lol.

Also, I know several people who fall into this category, trust me, you're not alone.
 
I've had my tag for over a year. Not sure if it's my final... probably.

I haggled for two month's to get my tag.

I just got my final tag a day ago. Probably going to keep it until I quit xbox or i get offered a ridiculous price.
 
Any tag which I thought would be my final tag I got a good offer for and decided to sell. At the end of the day, it's just a name.. I'd rather go to a concert or take someone out instead of owning a virtual name. Plus, I quit Xbox and now I play PC, so I can have any name I want really.
 
I've had my tag for close to 3 years never on the market just a simple 3 letter but a couple days ago I got another tag idk what I will do with it quite yet
