Chicken curry
3 tbsps cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1 kilo chicken, cut into small pieces (adobo size)
2 cups coconut milk
2 tsps curry powder
3 pcs potatoes, cut into four equal parts
salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Sauté onion and garlic then add chicken. Sauté for five minutes.
2. Add the coconut milk and stir unti it boils.
3. Simmer for 7 minutes, then add the curry powder
4. Add the potatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
