I don't know what happened but it has been like this for about 3 days.
I have tried EVERYTHING.
I'm about to just fucking call my ISP but I absolutely DREAD doing that.

It is supposed to be around 5Mbps.

Are you sure that the server is close to you? Is your channel set very low or very high? (it should be for best outcome), and is it frozen ground outside?

Do you have a wireless access point for your router?
 
check your isps FUP (Fair usage policy) you might get throttled when you go over a certain amount of bandwidth.
 
This is the EXACT same with me. Those speeds though (5mbs) are when they test the servers before releasing them to public, meaning that no one actually gets those speeds

Is you router up to date, that's a huge factor in speed.
