It's okay, but for a Admin Social Network, I'd prefer to see something a bit more professional looking and not dancers.

I don't really like it :\ Too many grammar errors, and the background repeating is just annoying. Plus I agree with Dy.namik.

Not very professionally laid out and there is hardly any text and the background repeating isn't to nice.
