It's been proven that fbi.gov emails don't work they were all a joke all the time... If you think they work you're a dumb fuck.

I wouldn't pay anything for one. What's the point if you can't receive? All I use my email for is to sign up for stuff.

AND, anyone can do a simple Google search to find out how.
