I have a lot of 50 accounts, never have got any to a 5 star though.
 
GTA: San Andreas, i loved going round poppin fools and fxking bitches, lol

But seriously it was an amazing game, had a long story, was fun and it was a gateway to modern free roam/sandbox games.

 
Ratchet and Clank basically the whole series.
 
Intense flashback occured last weekend when I was playing Minecraft baked with a friend on the 360, the chiming music reminded me of the time when my cousin and I (in our adolescent years) played Tombi 2 hours straight, in the snow town or something. I want to play Tombi 2 now.

My favorite game would have to be Halo 3. Who can forget about the the good days in Custom Games?
