I think it's making wine. the water jugs and grapes may take a few days to buy but it's fast as hell if I'm not mistaken.
EDIT: I'm not sure about fletching, but it's probably Mage longs. Use a fletching calculator to see what takes the least amount of actions for 70-99. While you get 99 fletching supplies to make wine will buy :tongue2:!
